RT Gate Automation Return Policy
Please be aware there is a 15% restocking charge for returns.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind RT Gate Automation understands that you might change your mind. We will gladly accept returns if you have a change of heart within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the products are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense, and you will be required to arrange your own shipping.
Once we receive and approve the returned items, we will issue a refund as store credit for a future purchase. We will inform you via email once this process is complete. RT Gate Automation will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@rtgateautomation.co.uk. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original item using our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will inform you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Additionally, please be aware there is a 15% restocking charge for returns.
