Shipping Policy

RT Gate Automation Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing RT Gate Automation. Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure a smooth delivery experience for all orders placed through our website, www.rtgateautomation.co.uk. By ordering with us, you agree to the following terms which are intended to support and clarify our service expectations.

1. General We closely monitor our stock levels, but occasionally, discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill an item at the time of purchase, we will dispatch what is available and consult with you regarding any backordered items, offering the option to wait for restocking or to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs We provide free shipping within the UK Mainland on orders over £100, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Some large or heavy items may not be eligible for free shipping and will have their shipping fees calculated at checkout. For orders outside the UK Mainland, shipping costs are £100 incl. VAT, subject to variation based on the size and weight of items. Contact us directly for any queries regarding shipping eligibility.

3. Returns Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt provided the items are in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. Warranty Returns: Claims must be made within 90 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for initial shipping costs, which we will reimburse upon a successful claim. Processing takes up to 7 days, with options for refund, store credit, or replacement if available.

4. Delivery Terms Domestic Transit: Usually between 1 - 3 days. International Transit: Ranging from 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier. Specific estimates are provided at checkout. Change of Delivery Address: Can be made before the order is dispatched, which is typically by 14:00 PM - AEST (UTC+1) on business days. Out of Stock Items: Your order will be dispatched once all items are available. Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us for an investigation if delivery times surpass expected estimates.

5. Tracking Notifications You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow the progress of your shipment.

6. Parcel Damage If a parcel is damaged in transit, please refuse it and contact customer service immediately. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, get in touch with us for further instructions.

7. Duties & Taxes Sales Tax: Included in the price displayed on the website. Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, these fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Refusal to pay will result in the goods being returned to us at the customer's expense, with a refund issued minus the return shipping cost and initial shipping cost not being refunded.

8. Cancellations Cancellations are accepted any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

9. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. In the event of damage or loss, we will process a refund or replacement following the courier's investigation.
